Yes can remove and replace your old console. I'm not sure of the exact removal process but it should simply be held in by some screws and clips.

It is possible. You just have to figure out how the old one is attached. They're usually attached with hidden screws and snaps. You might be able to find and replace just the lid and save some money.

Yes, take old consoles out and install new one. You can get a complete lid kit to make your console lid new. The piece suppose to go in front of the lid. I suggest if you don't know how to do the work on your car take to a dealer or mechanic.
