Yes. Sometimes you can find them at the store right alongside the smaller sizes. If you cannot find them there you can look at a costume store or online. Many online stores have larger selections of plus sized costumes than you can find at most retail stores. Keep looking. You will find what you're looking for.

Yes you can most definitely purchase costumes for plus size people. A good source for purchasing costumes would be Ebay. You can find some on there for really cheap, but if you don't have time to wait on shipping you might try out Kmart or Holiday Express if you have one in your area.

Yes, certain costumes are available in size XL or Plus. You can visit any of the costume sites, like www.buycostumes.com, or even eBay or Amazon and search for the costume you are interested in. Add XL or Plus to the search term, and you should be able to find a number of XL costumes.

Plus size costumes are available online as well as Halloween Stores like "Spirit" or "Factory Card and Party outlet" Most cost twice as much as normal though.
