Cats that eat foreign objects should be watched closely for an intestinal blockage. If the cat will not eat or cannot go the bathroom take them to the vet.

Although it essentially will not harm the cat, it is best to avoid allowing a cat to eat plastic. The plastic will either pass through the cat in its feces, become coughed up, or it will possibly get stuck in the cats throat and require veterinarian assistance.

No. Do not leave plastic anywhere that you cat can get into. Plastic items such as plastic bags and other things can actually plug up your cats intestines. Watch your cat to make sure it's ok. If the Cat looks sick take her to the Vet.

It depends how much plastic it ate. Keep a very close eye on it, if it starts acting weird take it to a vet immediately.
