Of course not. The dog can get very hungry or thirsty, and even might get sick or worse because of that. Also, it can destroy the furniture.

Many dogs stay home all day while their owners are at work. You should try not to leave your dog for more than 9 or 10 hours a day.

you can leave a dog for about 8-12 hours depending on size. Make sure he has enough water food access to relieve himself if possible.

Yes. Be sure to leave down plenty of water. If you can afford to hire a dog walker your pet might be much happier.
