Breast feeding provides the child with all the essential nutrients as well as antibodies and other components that help a newborn keep healthy, which formula just can't reproduce. However, if it makes the mother miserable or is severely impractical, then it certainly isn't the best option for you.

Most of the time, yes. Breastfeeding provides the best nutrition that a baby requires. It also helps bond the mother to the child.

Breastfeeding is absolutely the best choice of nutrition for your baby. Study after study shows that up until the age of one there is simply no better option, if you have the ability to breastfeed your child. No formula is able to provide the nutrition, and the protection from viruses that breastmilk can.

Yes, not only is breastfeeding best, its also most convenient. There are nutrients found in breastmilk that can not be duplicated in any sort of formula. It promotes bonding with baby. It is also easier digested than formula, which makes for a happier baby. No bottles to boil, just you and your baby.
