No. But your rights stop where they affect anothers. If there're minor children present, or your nakedness causes discomfort to others, you need to reconsider. It can be unlawful to be naked in the presence of minor children to the extent of a felony, and losing said children.

While there may be old statutes on the books in some states prohibiting nudity in private, these laws would not hold up. You have the right of "quiet enjoyment" in your own home. There is no requirement that you be clothed when enjoying your privacy.

If you are naked infront of children yes. If you are naked in a place that can be easily viewed from the road then yes.

If your naked infront of children or other people who you dont know NO! But if your alone your safe but if your husband is a sexy man, its not that great to be naked at home^^ Best of luck!!
