There are possibilities that you will be held for conspiracy to commit or for the commission, such as attempted robbery.

Yes, if you're caught. If you conspire with someone else to commit a crime and then you back out, but they go along with it and commit the crime you can be held liable if you do not tell the authorities. If you tell the authorities they will sometimes work with you to get a lesser charge.

If you didn't follow through on it, I don't think you could be. But if it happened and you knew about it then possible yes you could.
