What can I do if I am self-conscious of my naked body?

You are overly self-conscious. Everyone looks better naked, even the ugliest people. That is why artists are so fond of the nude body.

Few people are comfortable with nudity with anyone other than a spouse, and many are comfortable in front of spouse only in limited situations. If this is a conflict between you, first talk about it. Then try gradually revealing more and more of your body as you are comfortable together.

If you are self-conscious, think of what a younger you would say. Are you afraid of rejection? He married you! He's already picked you!

Yes no one likes to be naked in front of others. Maybe there some such as sexual workers. Or who may be totally interested in sex.
