Yes it is the simplest you can get, besides having a truck deliver it. The instruction on the bags are very clear. The thing to remember is you can always add water not take it away, you can always add more concrete mix if you have more thought. The consistency depends on how your going to use it.

Yes i have used ready to mix concrete a number of times all you have to do is mix it with water to desired thickness and pour it where you want it.

Concrete is a mixture of sand, water and cement and usually has a standard ratio but the ready to use mixture is a manipulated mixture so it is not easy to use.

It must certainly is easy to use. All you have to do is to just add water and make it a good texture so you can smooth it out very smoothly. After you dig the area and board it off, all you need to do is pour it and just smooth it out.
