What is the temperament of a pit bull dalmatian mix?

It is more important to look for the personality of the dog and not what the breeds are like. Any breed can have great temperments.

I have owned a Dalmatian/Pit-Bull who is now almost 7 years old. He is very lovable, loyal, well-behaved, good with kids and all animals, but a bit hyper. I highly recommend the breed to anyone who is able to keep up with their high energy level! :)

Dalmatians are very happy go lucky type of dogs, they have boundless energy and do well with an active family. A lot is said about the Pit Bull, most of it bad, but with any dog it is the way they are reared that creates the temperament.

In my opinion, the temperament of a dog really depends on the way it was raised and not on its bloodline. Regardless, there are personality traits that seem to stick with some breeds. With pit bulls, you get instant loyalty and with dalmations, you'll have a hyper streak.

I have a dalmation pit mix. she is the most gentle dog with children i have ever seen. i know another person with the same mix and also a wonderful sweet dog.

Owned my pitmation going on 2+ years. Shes a very loyal dog and very smart. She is veru hyper with visitors. I crate trained for atleast 7months and now she has her own room. She is not fond of other animals due to her being spoiled.

I have a Dalmatian/pit mix thats almost 4yrs old. She is the best behaved & smartest dog I've ever owned. Great with ppl of all ages including my niece who just turned 4 & great with other animals

i just got a pit dalmatian mix. he isnt aggressive towards anything or anyone. although he absolutely loves to chew on things. very smart dog though and he tends to favor me over my girlfriend and her 2 kids who also live with the dog.

we just adopted a 6 month old pitmatian, he is very energetic and very loveable so far he exhibits no aggressive tendencies, but is a bit of a barker! ill try to keep posting/blog type and let ya know how it goes !!!
