In Texas, who would I contact to find out the amount of a Vendor's Lien and who placed it.

If the lien was placed against your assets, contact the holder of the title (or your banker in the case of a bank account) and ask who placed the lien. You can then contact the vendor.

The county property records will show if a lien has been placed, by whom, and in what amount. You might be able to search the records online.
