Who would I contact to find a list of TV does for an RCA?

You can search the internet if you have that option, as there are several websites that offer assistance programming remotes to television sets. If you're still not able to sync the remote and the TV, you should contact RCA directly. They have tech specialists that are available to help you.

I believe you mean codes, and it should come with the universal remote. Make sure you try them all or get one that has a auto program setting.

I would call the company that you bought it from and see if they can pinpoint why it isn't working. Those codes should work and if they aren't the company that you bought it from and they should be able to help you. After all that is what they are paid for.

You will have to either google for the user manual which is normaly a pdf file or call the manufacturer or tech support to recieve the list of codes.
