You could have fibroids, polyps, adenomyosis (endometrial tissue in your uterus,) or you could be pregnant. There is always a chance of cancer when the uterus is enlarged, but endometriosis also is a cause of this.

Uterine cancer can cause an enlarged uterus. However, there are other causes to be considered such as ovarian cysts, fibroids and adenomyosis.

It could be, but not for sure. An enlarged uterus can be the result of other benign diseases like fibroid, polyps, etc. , that are essentially non-cancerous.
