It depends on what your employer is going to do. They technically don't have to pay you because you did not come in and work. Some employer are generous and will pay their employees regardless or give them some kind of reward in place of the time they should have been paid for.
Whether you get paid for a snow day depends on whether you are paid hourly or salary. If you are hourly, odds are you will not get paid. If you are salaried, you will probably get paid.
This will depend on your employer- if you received an employee handbook it should cover this. Most employers will still pay you but some will deny this.
