The ratio of number of turns to voltage remains same for both primary and secondary coils. For primary coil, this ratio is 345/115=3; So, turns in secondary =3X24=72 turns.

Primary turns = 345, Let secondary turns = Ns Primary Voltage = 115 Secondary Voltage = 24 As per transformation ratio and emf equation of transformer (Secondary Volatge/Primary voltage) = (Secondary turns/Primary turns) so it become 24/115 = Ns/345, Using cross multiplication 24 * 345 / 115 = 72 turns of secondary
