It is a bad sign if you think your girlfriend is interested in anyone else because it means she is not giving you her full attention. Sit her down and ask her honestly about her feelings for you, but try to do it in a non confrontational way.

If you trust your best friend, you COULD try to persuade him to make a move on her and see what she does. It's pretty risky though. I'd just try the thing that makes relationships last - communication. Talk to your girlfriend. Trust is everything.

If your girlfriend starts flirting with your friend, forgets your there when he is there or giggles at everything he says, then your girlfriend is interested in your best friend.
