Only him actually saying that he is interested will tell you for sure. However, some body language that might mean he is interested includes a lot of touching, such as constantly hugging you, touching your arm, or making his leg touch yours and not moving it away. Smiling at you a lot and giving constant eye contact are also signs.

Does he tend to watch you, can't seem to keep his eyes off you? Does he stand closer to you than to others? Does he find reasons to touch you casually? Also watch for mimicking your body posture and motions. These are all signs that a person might be interested.

Usually if he is very flirty with you he is interested. You may want to flirt with him and if he acknowledges and flirts back then he is interested. He will lean into you, may wink or keep eye contact. A gentle touch on the arm and back may show he is interested as well.

If i'm interested in a girl I will look(stare/check) at her. You can tell by where he is staring at, if he staring at your breast then he is interested in that... the best is if he is looking to you in the eyes. (but be carefully since some could be players) If he look at you more then once then heisInterested

If he looks you in the eye when he talks to you. He may try to be subtle and brush up against you. Or depending on his personality he may act nervous and fidgety around you.
