I have spiders in my car, and I need to exterminate. What do you recommend?

A bug bomb will take care of them or you could put sticky traps around and they will get caught in the sticky traps.

I would say try to keep your car cleaned up and spiders out of it. A car is a small area so it should be easy to vacume them out. I have never heard of anyone actually exterminating the inside of a car. Keep in mind you have to breathe in all the poison in a small area.
