I got tattooed just above elbow. Now my whole elbow is swollen and below that is a strange swelling like bug bite. What's the problem?

Some swelling is commom. But if it is more than usual and it comes with a huge pain, it's extremely recommended that you find a doctor imediately. This can be any type of allergy or even an anaphylactic shock. A dermatologist can tell you more precisely what it is that symptoms.

You should consult a physician immediately. You could be experiencing some type of allergic reaction to the ink or it could be infected. It is best to have a medical professional check it out.
