You can contact the Department of Defense to find the location of the service member. Depending on where the military member is located and/or if they are in any special programs, you may not be able to find out where this person is located.

Find a military member the same way you would find anyone. Use directories, web searches, information, and even social networking to find them. However, if there is an emergency, you can contact the red cross with emergency notification information and they will find them anywhere in the world by working with particular branch personnel.
