It is not very time consuming to download tv programs but it is often much easier to find one of the many websites that are online that allow you to simply view tv programs without having to download them. It is both less time consuming than downloading them and also legal.

On the whole I'd say it's no more time consuming than downloading anything else. Connection speed is certainly a factor but if you're on a 10/megabit connection with only one online device the only issue is how fast the server you're downloading it from can feed it to you. Finding programs to download is easy.

Downloading a TV programs depends on the speed of your computer so as the internet. If your using both high end system and high speed internet it'll go about an hour or less.

It depends on what you are downloading, but it can get pretty tedious if you have several programs downloading at once. If you just pick a few, they will download in no time.
