Immediately after removing the IUD you can conceive. The IUD is in place for decreasing the chances of you conceiving during your ovulation. It releases hormones which don't allow the egg to be fertilized. Because in the absence of the IUD, you will have an increased chance of being fertile.

That all depends on your cycle. For most people once an IUD is removed you could become pregnant as soon as it is taken out.

You could possibly get pregnant right away. Take the proper protection precautions if you're not ready for a baby right now.
