You should only be able to conceive after teh IUD has been removed. However, yes, it is possible to have twins.

Yes you can. IUDs are not one hundred percent guaranteed to stop pregnancy, they've got about a 1% failure rate. Since the IUD's basic design is rather fool-proof, it's hard to improperly implant it.

Yes, it is possible to become pregnant (with twins or otherwise), while using an IUD. According to the manufacturers' guidelines, in a given 1 year period of usage, you would expect a pregnancy rate of somewhere around 1%, depending on which you use. Theoretically, this would increase with improper usage.
