My mower is two years old and I am concerned that I should replace the bag.

If you're concerned about it, then replace it. I personally run my mower without a bagger. The clippings won't hurt your lawn.

With proper maintenance, a bag should last for many years. Don't leave grass in bag, empty promptly, clean often, don't keep it exposed to the sun.

There should no reason to replace it if it is not damaged. If there is damage then consider replacing but until that happens it's wasted money.

Do not replace the bag until you notice it has holes beginning in it from the rotting grass. You can also do a net search on this and it will give you tonsd of information.
