What should I know about a speed bag workout?

I hear that speed bags are really good for cardio and for your arms, but I don't know how to start!

First off, that it's very difficult to do (hand eye coordination is extremely important), and if you don't have good hand eye coordination, you are going to have a difficult time. Also, you have to purchase a speed bag and set it up, and also, it's a good workout, but only if you do it for a long time.

To start a speed bag workout, you must have a usable speed bag. To start, alternate the hands punching the speed bag, starting at a slow pace and slowing increasing the speed until you reach an optimal speed

Do not start using a speed bag without a trainer. You can injure yourself by doing it wrong. Once you learn how to do it, it is a good workout.
