Unfortunately, there is a very wide range of costs for renovating bathrooms and kitchens. The reason for this is because you could replace a limited selection or all appliances and everything has many ranges of costs. Renovation could be a few thousand to as high as $20000 or more. There are too many factors for a blind estimate.

Usually about ten thousand will cover it but that depends on where you get your stuff for the project and the quality of the stuff that you buy the better the quality the more you will have to pay for it. Also it will depend on if you are going to get everything at one place.
