What shade of blue should I use to decorate my bathroom to match with chocolate brown tan in a Western theme?

A light blue hue is always very pleasing, especially when put with the darker color. It will complement it well and help pull all elements together. I would use one of the brown hues as an accent color and then the other brown hue and light blue as complementary colors.

Blue is one of the very few colors that tends to clash with browns. You will have to choose a color by holding the samples together. Maybe try greenish-blue.

I say a turquoise blue. I say this because my friend's room is decorated like this and it look beautiful.

a robin blue, it matches perfectly with a brown chocolate and looks great with the contrast together. there are other blues like royal blue and light blue but those dont match respectfully to the color of chocolate brown that you are using.
