How much does a timing belt cost?

Without knowing the year/engine I can't be 100% on the cost. Typically though you can expect to pay around $20 for a new timing belt. If you end up needing a timing chain then are only a slight bit more expensive in most cases.

The timing belts don't cost to much around 20 dollars at the most. You can go into an auto parts store and tell them the make and model of the car and they will give you what you need.
