How many denominational churches are in the USA?

Off the top of my head, I can think of Eastern Orthodox, Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, Pentecostal, and Non Denominational. I may be missing a couple, but I think that is it. Many call themselves Christians, but are in fact cults. The number is 7.

There are an estimated 217 denominations. There may be other groups that function as a denomination but don't regard themselves as a denomination.
