Are there any Baptist Sabbath keeping churches in the USA?

You should look for Seventh Day Baptist churches. There are a decent number sprinkled throughout the country. Make sure that you do not confuse them with Seventh Day Adventists, which are very different.

Well, that depends on what you mean by keeping the sabbath. If you are looking for a strict version of it, where little is done on the weekend not related to your faith, I think you need to look at the tinier, not mainstream Baptist churches.
