I would pick flowers that are in season as of right now. Lighter colors would be better seeing that it is in a church. Also the arrangements could be put into vases that are either clear or possibly tinted a different color.

Well if you need help you can always hire a florist. You can ask your friends to help you set it up with you.

Search the internet for a video clip on how to arrange flowers. The main aim is to make the design stable, symmetrical, with higher flowers and leaves at the back and smaller ones at the front. You can add a ribbon or wrapping paper or tissue paper if you like.

Take an existing arrangement to church to see how it fits with the schematics. Use elongated flowers like gladiolus, then round flowers like carnations or lilies. Use small filler flower minimally. A bow from wide ribbon can be part of the arrangement. Use loops of bows in the arrangement itself.

Pick flower colors by season or church decors. Put on a center table or on sides or steps. Put in vases or baskets. Mix greenery with flowers too.

The best thing to do would be to check on FTD. com or some similar sits and look at what they are using and then substitute your favorite flowers.

Have a clear idea of what you're creating then buy the necessary supplies, but be sure to buy extras if this is your first time. Use plenty of oasis sponges and don't skimp on the water. Lastly use the right size container and don't be afraid to cut the stems on your flowers down bit by bit.

Some tips to consider are floral frogs, the suitable container to use and following your basic instinct when creating your centerpiece. Make it last longer and look better.

Well just arrange them as you normally would. There are no strict guidelines or procedures. You can arrange them however way you want and trust me this will be fine.
