The Nesco snackmaster is very effective for drying your foods. It does great on jerky and fruits. You just need to make sure you store the food that you dry correctly.

It is VERY effective. My family and I used it for the first time a month ago and just opened a package tonight and it is great!

Nesco Snackmaster is very effective for drying foods and also works well for storage. In my opinion it is a useful kitchen gadget.
