Rosacea is triggered by different things in different patients. Alcohol may be a trigger. You should also be tested for SLE (lupus). The redness of the face is often an early sign of lupus. Treatments for rosacea vary. No one treatment works for everyone. Try different things.

Well basically you can look into getting some microdermabrasion treatments. These treatments can help clear out your skin and also laser genesis treatments are also very beneficial as well. Rosacea is a skin disease and it is often considered a genetics disorder. Thus, it is not caused by certain foods at all.

Well the current methods are actually getting a cream from the doctor to rectify this situation. Certain foods do not trigger it. It is more of a genetic disorder and all.

As the rosacea is an uncurable disease, i can only write tips about how to reduce the effects of it. The most important thing to change is to reduce incoming stress for your body. You should take in more water for your body than everyone else, and avoid acidic foods. Also products of Rosacea Care are very effective!
