Endit smokeless inhalers are effective in addressing the problem of nervous energy that many smokers feel when quitting cigarettes(what to do with my hands/mouth). They share the same faults of nicotine gum such as irritability, headaches, digestive upsets and anxiousness typically associated with physical nicotine withdrawal. At most they are a crutch to be used to help you get better.

These are not very good at all. If you want to quit smoking the best way is the cold turkey method. Just stop. Anything else is just replacing the fix with something else and never very effective. Smokeless inhalers are just a waste of time and money with a hollow promise.

If you have tried several other methods, like gum or even drugs, the smokeless inhaler could be useful. You get some of the satisfaction of inhaling and getting a small hit of nicotine. You might find Endit inhalers useful at home where you aren't getting stares for using the device.

The inhalers are good in that they taste like cigarettes and give the user something to do with their mouth and hands. They do not actually have anything in them that will substitute for the craving for a cigarette so they are best used with a nicotine patch, which will mean using the two products together.

I did not find any success with Endit smokeless inhalers. Without the actual feeling of anything in my lungs, the psychological craving for the "activity" of smoking did not subside because of the inhaler's use.
