You should know if it is pregnant because their nipples get bigger, and then later on their stomach will grow to. Her appetite will increased and also she starts getting cranky.

A pregnant yorkie will have a stomach start to extend after a week or so of her heat. There is also a possibility of a fake pregnancy, the real way to tell is if after 5 weeks she has gained significant weight and her stomach is big.
