How do you stop a chkdsk/f error?

I keep getting the chkdsk/f error.

some time now, whenever I do a CHKDSK /R on the system drive when the system comes back up , a bunch of system services just stop working altogether. some time now, whenever I do a CHKDSK /F or CHKDSK /R on the system drive (requiring a reboot before the CHKDSK is run, of course), when the system comes back up (.

Your typing it in wrong space the /f from chkdsk. Open the CMD and type in chkdsk /f. And it should work.
