What does the following error message mean: "fputs(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource"?

I'm trying to create a MySQL database file, but keep receiving this error message. What does it mean?

This error indicates the SMTP is trying to authenticate with the server but the connection is not valid. If you Switch the SNTP module configuration page SSL field to an SSL instead of a TLS your problem may be resolved.

There might be some authentication problem with your SMTP Module. Again there can be some problem with the code you have written which is causing this error message. Putting function $finventa as global can solve this problem. In the configuration page changing SSL field to an SSL instead of a TLS can also solve this problem.

This is going to appear on the monitor if your settings are not supported by your monitor. You can adjust this by altering the graphic settings on your computer. Perhaps, you are using a higher resolution than is required. Please fix this and see if it resolves the problem effectively.

The filename that you want to use to create the file cannot be accepted by the operating system, maybe due to the file being a reserved filename (e.g. a disk)

This is one of the error messages about video card. These types of error messages are point out that window XP do not have any drive installed for video card. The only solution is to install new drives needed for it. Or other resolution of monitor is not corresponding to the video setting of windows XP.
