To send pictures from your phone to PC, you can send to the PC by enabling Bluetooth provided both the PC and phone support Bluetooth. Alternatively, cable can be used.

This all depends on the phone type and its features / accessories. If your phone came with a usb cable or something similar, then you can connect it to your computer and open the folders on the phones storage. You might need the phone software but its available online probably.

You can send the pictures to your e-mail if you have the option of sending pictures to your e-mail. Otherwise if you have internet on your phone, you could go to facebook and it allows you to do Mobile Uploads, so just select which ones you want and they'll upload.
