For this question we really need to know the year...but most bypass hoses are very easy. Just a simple replacement (any napa or whatever can get the part) and some new clamps and you are good to go. It shouldn't be too difficult.

The first step is to drain the coolant and disconnect the battery. Then, to remove the two hose clamps hold the hose in place and pry off the hose.

This is easy. disconnect the battery. use the petcock on the bottom of the radiator to drain the coolant to a level lower than the water pump. Using a pliers squeeze the clamps retaining the hose on both ends of the bypass hose, which is located on the top of the water pump. Install the reverse

You would begin by draining the coolant from the radiator, and then removing the clamps from the ends of the water pump bypass hose, and then you would proceed to remove the water pump bypass hose. From there, you would merely reverse the steps with a new hose.

The water pump bypass hoses is located between the water pump and thermostat. Drain the coolant and disconnect the battery. Remove/loosen the two hose clamps hold the hose in place. Pry the hose off.

The bypass hose is connected by a pair of tension clips on both ends . The hardest part of the job is gaining access to the pump.

Remove the hose clamps on both ends (or, cut the crimp if it leads into a metal tube. You can purchase a length of 5/8" hose out of bulk in an auto parts store if you don't require a molded hose. Reinstall with clamps and top with coolant.
