How do you replace the water pump in an Infinti i30?

Basically you have to get into the front of the engine and remove the timing chain cover along with the timing chains themselves. After removing all of that it should unbolt from the block.

I am assuming the fuse was not an issue before replacing the starter. You probably pinched a wire with the starter when you installed it. Take the starter back out and inspect the wiring harness, also see if the fuse blows when the starter is removed.

Purchase a new water pump. Drain water out of radiator. Take bolts out of old pump and replace. Refill radiator and test.

you should remove the coolant from the radiator, then remove the fanm remove other components if needed, and then attact the new water pump
