There can be many issues that arise with the EATC blower in a Ford, so without more information it's going to be hard to help you. One general rule, though, is that the blower might not be the issue at all - it might be the A/C adapter.

Make sure it is getting power,then you need to check the fuses to make sure the are still good.You might need to check your control panel also.

Check if blower is getting power, if not check the fuses if they are in good condition, if yes check the control panel and if blower is getting power replace the blower or try to fix the blower.
