you have to open your 360 controller and you would be able to install things like LED lights and rapid fire buttons.You will also need supplies like the special star shaped screwdriver and more. I suggest searching the web for xbox 360 controller mods and try to get a tutorial that is do it your self (DIY).

Disassemble plastic shell, paint using vinyl dye to whatever colour you would like, and reassemble. Vinyl dye will actually dye the plastic rather than paint it, so it is permanent

You modify it by either getting the right trigger messed with where it lets you press it even faster or you take it and put a button where you can hold it in and allow you to act like your hitting the right trigger multiple times very fast when your really not.

You will need to open up the controller and locate where all your current wiring is flowing to. From there it depends on what you're wanting to add. For an auto button or something its pretty basic soldering.

It really depends on what exactly you want to do or modify on the 360 controller. If you're looking just to change the appearance, you can go to practically any retailer and purchase skins, and covers. As for modifying performance, I would consult with someone who's already done it, or research how to via internet.

There are many way to modify a 360 controller. You can paint it, replace the LED to make the x grow a different color than green.

It really depends on what you wanna do to it and what your skills are. There are a lot of companies out there that sell stuff to modify your controller. Look on mesageboards and forums at what other people have done for more information.
