This is a proceeding wherein your current sentence will be adjusted due to several factors, such as a change in circumstances, failure to comply, or due to a new violation.

A sentence modification hearing reviews the sentence of a convicted person and considers reducing that sentence based on circumstances that have come to light. Witnesses may be called to support the attorney's claims that a reduced sentence is appropriate.

This is a hearing where a sentence will be changed. Depending upon the reason for the change, it could be increased or decreased. New conditions could also be imposed.
