8 veal cutlets
2 to 3 tablespoons butter
2 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
1 large shallot
2 to 4 garlic cloves
2 ounces mushroomsed
1/2 cup sweet Marsala
3/4 cup chicken broth
Melt butter and oil, cook veal until browned. Remove.Add shallot and garlic to pan; saute. Add mushrooms and Marsala. Return veal to pan-simmer. Serve with sauce.
