Yes, quesadilla makers are very common and can be found in many large department stores like Macy's and Kohls. They work exactly the same as any sort of heated press like a panini maker or a George Forman Grill, except that the quesadilla maker is circular and sometimes has ridges sticking out where you would cut the quesadilla.

Yes. They cost around thirty dollars and you can find one at any houseware store like linens and things. Quesadilla makers make making quesadillas much easier.
