A simple way to make a topiary is to make a wire and mesh form or figure. Cover with moss and train a vine such as English Ivy to cover the form. Another way is to use a shrub such as boxwood and actually cutting the plant into a desired form. For a larger topiary use a larger dense evergreen.

Make a wire, mesh form or figure. Cover with moss, train vine with English Ivy to cover form. You can also do it this way use shrub with boxwood, therefore, cutting the plant into desired form. Use large dense evergreen for a much more larger topiary.
