A good swedish meatball sauce is build on the juice from the meatballs. so when cooking the meatballs, remember to collect tuhe juice from the meat.

Get a pound of ground beef. Add pepper, onion, garlic seasoning and bread crumbles, nutmeg and kosher seasoning. Weigh out the meatballs and cook them until brown. Then take beef broth, heavy cream, butter and flower and stir them in a sauce pan until a gravy like consistency is reached.
