Can I have the recipe for alioli sauce?

Alioli sauce is a popular Spanish sauce used for meats and chicken.

To make a basic garlic alioli make 4 garlic cloves into paste. Then mix this together with two egg yolks. Steadily mix in the 1 cup of olive oil and 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice. Finish it with salt to taste.

This Spanish sauce is made by taking four crushed garlic cloves and combining it with a tablespoon of lemon juice, four egg yokes and a cup of olive oil. Combine all in blender.

You need: 4 garlic cloves (peeled, finely chopped), a pinch of salt, 2 egg yolks, 1 cup olive oil, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp water, 1 tsp lemon juice. First, grind together garlic, salt. Whisk in eggs. Then, incorporate slowly half of oil. Whisk in Dijon, water, lemon. Add rest of oil and whisk/blend together until firm or pasty.

You will need a lot of garlic for the alioli sauce. Take a whole garlic and chop it up in small peaces. You can also use a special garlic tool. Mix the garlic togheter with the yoghurt to get a nice emulsion. Add some pepper and salt to your taste.
