Take heavy cream and mix it with garlic that has been pulverized, about three cloves, add i cup parmesan cheese,the good stuff and bring it to a boil while stirring. Reduce temp and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
I make a dipping sauce with finely chopped minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Make it the night before and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight for more taste.

You make a basic white sauce with flour, milk, garlic powder, chopped fresh garlic and butter. Let sauce cook over medium heat and as it thickens add Parmesan cheese.
