Dissove active dry yeast in warm water. Cut unsalted butter into flour, mix sugar, cinnamon, eggs and yeast mixture. Let rise 30-60 minutes. Roll into small balls and bake in a pizzelle iron for 30 seconds. Cut into two thin waffles and spread with filling.

First mix flour, butter, sugar, milk, egg and yeast until the batter is fairly smooth. Then let your batter rise for one hour. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter and place in your waffle iron. When the waffle is fully cooked (on most waffle irons the light will go out) fill with a mixture of butter and molasses. Serve warm!

Stroopwafels are a yeast waffle that's typically cooked in a round, small grid waffle iron. Once cool, the waffles are split in half and a mixture of syrup, cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter is added. The two halves are glued together with the mixture.

You make the batter from brown sugar, yeast, milk, eggs, flour, and butter. Drop batter onto the waffle iron, and when it is cooked. Then, you cut them in half immediately and fill them in with the filling which is made with the brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and syrup. The other layer then goes on top.
